The
Lighthouse, Thanet This residential project is for young men
and women between 16 and 25 years, who need a secure home from which to plan and
actively re-launch their lives. Every person coming to the Lighthouse,
will benefit from their own personal Keyworker, who will facilitate and
assist in actioning, an agreed individual Support Plan.
In coming to the Lighthouse, people will be
offered a three stage support programme, tailored to their individual
needs.
- Stage One: Addressing immediate needs.
- Stage Two: Building your skills.
- Stage Three: Support whilst you test your
skills.
