Purpose of Role

We have an exciting opportunity to be part of our catering team at the residential site in Yalding, Kent.
We are looking for a proficient home style cook/s who can work weekends and 2 afternoons a week from early January 2022. 
You will be working to the menu designed by the Head Chef to provide meals for the residents, volunteers, staff and clients. You will also need to ensure Covid H&S guidance is followed personally and within the kitchen environment.
Hours: 
  • Monday and Friday afternoons 3pm - 6.30pm 
  • Saturday and Sundays 9.30am - 2.30pm/3pm
There will be some flexibility depending on the number of residents we have and if we have any conferences taking place. This position could work well as a job share.
Full training given and you will need to be prepared to complete some online training.
You will be required to be Covid vaccinated (CQC registered care home).
Competitive hourly rate of pay.
