Purpose of Role

This is a multi-faceted role demanding high standards of client-centred care, which includes:

  • Ensuring the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents at all times
  • Ensuring the individual daily living requirements and treatment needs of Service Users are met
  • Participation in the delivery of therapeutic interventions, both group and individual
  • Ensuring the delivery of care to all residents meets the required high standards of The Trust and Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Applicants must be willing/ able to wear a mask in accordance with the Trusts Covid policy.

This is a demanding but rewarding role and candidates need to be able to work well under pressure, be able to think quickly and use their own initiative. We require strong team players who can build relationships with Residents and embrace diversity
