We are looking for caring and professional people who preferable have experience of working within Drug and Alcohol services or similar fields such as Offender Services or Homeless Charities.  However, we will consider other suitable applicants with transferrable skills.

If you have suitable skills or experience to offer and are able to work across a 7-day rota we would like to hear from you.

Applicants must have the Care Certificate or show a willingness to work towards achieving one.

All candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and be required to provide supporting references.

Competitive hourly rate of pay

This is a demanding but rewarding role and candidates need to be able to work well under pressure, be able to think quickly and use their own initiative. We require strong team players who can build relationships with Residents and embrace diversity.

  • Ensuring the physical, emotional and social well being of residents at all times
  • Ensuring the individual daily living requirements and treatment needs of Service Users are met.
  • Ensuring the delivery of care to all residents meets the required high standards of The Trust and Care Quality Commission (CQC)
