We are recruiting for Waking Night Workers.
Variable hour contracts also available for day and night shifts
We are looking for caring and professional people who preferably have experience of working within Drug and Alcohol services or similar fields such as Offender Services or Homeless Charities. However, we will consider other suitable applicants with transferable skills.

If you have suitable skills or experience to offer and are able to work across a 7-day rota we would like to hear from you.

Applicants must have the Care Certificate or show a willingness to work towards achieving one.

Competitive hourly rate of pay

This is a demanding but rewarding role and candidates need to be able to work well under pressure, be able to think quickly and use their own initiative. We require strong team players who can build relationships with Residents and embrace diversity.

The Trust provides residential rehabilitation and recovery services for people with substance misuse issues. We deliver first stage residential treatment at our Yalding site alongside two Homeless projects.
