Reset offers mentoring to people who are about to leave prison, or who have recently been released into the community. Kenward Trusts Reset Project is the only independent service in Kent, offering mentoring to criminal justice clients.

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to take responsibility for the day to day running of this unique service. The post holder will line manage a small team of staff and volunteers, providing ongoing support and overseeing the running of the projects’ supported housing accommodation.

The Project Manager will help clients reduce their risk of reoffending by working closely with the National Probation Service and other support providers. Knowledge of the criminal justice system and experience of working with this client group is essential.

This client led service operates primarily in the community and local prisons, but also offers supported accommodation, which the post holder will have responsibility for. The post holder will need to be flexible, adaptable and able to rise to the demands of this challenging client group.
