Flexible Worker

We are looking for caring and professional people who preferably have experience of working within Drug and Alcohol services or similar fields such as Offender Services, Mental Health or Homeless Charities. However, we will consider other suitable applicants with transferable skills.

If you have suitable skills or experience to offer and are able to work on a flexible basis to go onto a bank of workers who can be called on to cover for staff sickness, annual leave and when we are really busy and need additional support, then we want to hear from you.

Day shifts are 7.45am – 8.15pm
Waking night shifts are 8pm – 8am

Applicants must have the Care Certificate or show willing to work towards achieving one.

Competitive hourly rate of pay.

We are looking for candidates who can work well under pressure, be able to think quickly and use their own initiative. We require strong team players who can build relationships with Residents and embrace diversity.
