Kenward Trust has several houses as part of the Resettlement Project, for people who have completed a suitable recovery programme. Supported accommodation helps sustain recovery and reintegration into the community.

We have 2 Supported Accommodation Projects in Gravesend, 1 in Maidstone and 1 in Tunbridge Wells and 2 in Yalding.

The length of stay is generally up to 2 years.  We offer regular support through key working and weekly house meetings with the project manager. We help with daily living skills, accessing training or volunteering opportunities and signposting to other agencies.

We address the 7 pathways:

  • Accommodation Support
  • Education, Training and Employment
  • Health and Wellbeing
  • Drugs and Alcohol
  • Finance, Benefits and Debt
  • Children and Families
  • Attitudes, Thinking and Behaviour

Each property has between 4 and 5 single bedrooms. Most are located within close proximity of town centres, with easy access to local services and amenities including those that are particularly relevant to our clients and their recovery, such as AA and NA meetings. As with all Kenward Trust projects, our supported housing sites are abstinence-based and this is a strict condition of tenancy.
