Kenward Place

Our commercial enterprise at Kenward Trust

Whilst we do receive some statutory funding, this is insufficient to cover the breadth of complex and long-term support work that we undertake with so many individuals. To try to cover some of this deficit, we opened our tea room, introduced alpacas to Kenward and launched our function rooms; and so Kenward Place was born.

All funds raised at Kenward Place go directly towards helping us provide the best care possible to those using our services and ultimately help us to continue saving lives.

Due to the nature of our work, Kenward Trust is a closed site to the public. However, Kenward Place is open to pre-booked visitors so please ensure you use the correct driveway when accessing our site!

You can find out more about the elements that Kenward Place consists of below, or you can visit the Kenward Place website directly.

We have also created an online shop where you can purchase Kenward Place merchandise and all things alpaca!

  • We offer our visitors the chance to meet or walk our beautiful alpacas; Pepe, Luigi, Romeo, Maximilian, Mario, Gizmo, Idris & Dreyfus!

Our Alpaca Experience is the best way to meet and interact with our alpacas! Spend an hour learning about them as you walk across our fifteen acres of Kent countryside.

Each of our alpacas has its own distinct personality, but they are all incredibly friendly and gentle, letting you walk them through our woodland and they get just as excited as you do about their walk!

Enjoy a day here learning about the ancient sport of archery. This experience is great for all levels of ability, so gives the perfect opportunity to master the skill before firing at our targets.

Each session lasts for approximately an hour and a half, giving you plenty of time to practice your aim and enjoy this exhilarating experience.

  • Enjoy an exciting, and different day out for the whole family, with a round of Disc Golf at Kenward Place.

Our Disc Golf course is located across 15 acres of stunning Kent countryside. The course allows you to choose between a 9 or 18 hole course depending on what level of complexity you would require.

We welcome players of all levels to our course and have disc hire available at our course.

Group bookings are welcomed, but all sessions must be pre-booked. We also offer vouchers which can be added on to other activities when booked with us such as our Alpaca Experience or Archery for just £5.
