How mindful drinking can help reduce your alcohol intake
This year has proven to be incredibly difficult for everyone, which is being showcased by the increase in alcohol consumption in the UK. The Royal College of Psychiatrists found that around 8.4 million people are drinking at a higher risk.
Andy tells elements of his story to young people across Kent in order to educate them about the risks associated with alcohol and drugs, and how easy it is to fall into a dangerous cycle if you are not aware.
