Back to the Future Delorean Featuring at Kenward Trust Classic Car Show

DeLorean at Kenward Classic Car Show

Sunday 24th September sees Kenward Trust’s first Classic Car Show in 4 years! Amongst the 50 Classic Cars (and bikes) a Kent DeLorean owner Tim Keywood, will be showcasing the ‘time travelling’ machine.

Kenward Trust are celebrating their 55th Anniversary in many ways, including their Classic & Coffee meetups on the third Sunday of each month with the run up to their big Classic Car Show Sunday 24th September. There will be 50 Classic cars and bikes to view, stands, food and entertainment for the public to enjoy; with just a £3 donation entry fee, Kenward Trust hopes locals will take advantage and enjoy the day.

Tim Keywood, Managing Director of Prism Alarms and Systems is set to bring his very own DeLorean built in September 1981. Designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro and noted for its gull-wing doors and brushed stainless-steel outer body panels, the DeLorean became widely known after it was featured as the time machine in the Back to the Future films. “I am very much looking forward to Kenward’s fundraising Classic Car Show - let’s celebrate their 55th Year in style and with fun.”

Penny Williams, CEO of Kenward Trust says, “We are thrilled at the response so far, with nearly 50 Classic vehicles booked; we are praying for good weather! To date, many of the Classics Visitors didn’t know we are a charitable rehabilitation centre, and have been incredibly supportive wanting to learn more about how we save lives and offer the ray of hope and support so needed for addicts.”
