    Day Treatment

Is your substance use impacting on your family or work life? Are you struggling to find help and support which fits in with your busy lifestyle?

Is your substance use impacting your family or work life? Are you struggling to find help and support which fits in with your busy lifestyle?

At Kenward Trust, we understand that our residential rehabilitation services are not suitable for everyone’s busy lifestyles, with treatment involving long periods away from home. However, our day treatment offers a discreet, confidential and flexible option for those who want some support for their addiction which can fit in with their personal or work commitments at competitive prices.

We are passionate about helping those affected by addiction and our day treatment is designed to provide support to even those with the busiest of lifestyles. Our programme can involve Addiction counselling which can be delivered face-to-face, or even by Skype or telephone if that fits your needs. We also have Evening and Weekend groups delivered by a qualified therapist to offer a safe space for you to start your recovery journey. Find out more about our treatment options below:

Counselling

All of our counsellors are qualified and have experience of working with individuals with drug and alcohol issues, as well as their friends, families and loved ones. Our Counselling 1-2-1 sessions run over 6-week blocks via Zoom, or in-person according to Covid guidelines. These sessions can also work with family, friends and loved ones affected by someone using substances, or even the death of a loved one as a consequence. We offer bespoke, confidential sessions, focussing on the needs of the individuals at times that are mutually convenient.

We charge £50 per session for as many sessions as the client would require.

Recovery Coaching

Meet with our team of recovery experts to look at substance reduction, recovery maintenance, life skills and psychoeducation. The coaching can be completely tailored to your needs, so when you get in touch with our team let us know what you would want out of the programme.

This coaching can be run remotely via Zoom or also at our site in Yalding.

This service costs £45 per session.

Weekday Sessions

Our weekday sessions cover topics such as exploring triggers, urges to drink, coping strategies and the feelings associated with substances. These sessions last 3 hours over a 6-week block.

Our next programme starts at the end of August/ beginning of September.

We also offer open weekly support groups once the course with us is complete to allow ongoing care and a supportive community for those who need it.

The cost for the full 6 weeks is £530.
