Kenward Lodge provides supported accommodation for men and women in recovery from substance misuse issues
Are you working on your recovery whilst homeless, about to become homeless, or living somewhere which is threatening your recovery? We can provide safe, supported housing funded by enhanced housing benefit.
Kenward Lodge provides supported accommodation for individuals in recovery from substance misuse issues who are struggling to access community drug and alcohol treatment due to a lack of accommodation.
Residents at Kenward Lodge are encouraged to live independently, being responsible for their own cooking and cleaning, but each resident has a designated support worker who will work with them in starting their path to long-term recovery and a more positive lifestyle. We find that our residents benefit from living amongst a group of peers, drawing strength and support from each other, and reducing the dangers of isolation. Kenward Lodge helps sustain recovery and reintegration into the community either through support in moving on to supported housing or as independent individuals.
All of our properties are alcohol and drug-free, with a zero-tolerance policy and all of our residents are regularly tested to underpin this. We are located at our beautiful Yalding site with fifteen acres of countryside in which our residents are encouraged to spend time with our estate's team, they also have use of our on-site gym and games room. Once a week they also get the opportunity to take part in our alpaca walks.
