Admissions to Kenward Trust Rehabilitation
Recovery is possible and it starts with a single step. If you or someone you care about is ready to begin a transformative journey, Kenward Trust is here to help.
There are two main routes to becoming a resident in one of our rehabilitation programmes. You can be referred to our services through a community alcohol and drug service, contact us if you need assistance locating your local service. You can also self-refer to our services and pay for them privately.
How to Apply
Care Manager & Professional referrals
If you are a professional looking to refer someone to our services, please download and complete the application form below and email it to admissions@kenwardtrust.org.uk. Once we receive your referral, a member of our admissions team will contact you.
If you would like to access our services directly, you can self-refer and pay privately.
The current cost of our rehabilitation centre is £1900 per week for 6 weeks.
Programme length is tailored to individual needs, and we work closely with each person to ensure the right level of support throughout their stay.
We understand that funding treatment can be a concern for some individuals. If cost is a barrier, please contact our team to discuss your circumstances — we are happy to explore options and support you wherever possible.
